AI assistant for sales teams: before the meeting and after it

Before a meeting, OPTES researches the company and its stated needs with sources. Afterwards it transcribes the recording, pulls out objections and next steps, and writes the follow-up and proposal in the client's language or dialect. It reads photographed business cards and documents and, with your approval, updates the client sheet on your computer. You build the relationship; it handles the paperwork.

FAQ

Questions and answers

How does OPTES help sales teams?

It handles the work around the sale: researching accounts before meetings, transcribing and summarising meetings, writing follow-ups and proposals, reading business cards and updating your sheets with your approval. Relationships and negotiation stay with you.

Will it send messages to clients on its own?

It sends nothing without your approval. It drafts and you review, and when it controls your computer you choose what needs your explicit OK, watch what it does and can stop it at any moment.

Can I record and summarise client meetings?

Yes, provided attendees know about the recording and agree to it, in line with the law and your company's policy. OPTES then transcribes it and extracts needs and next steps for you to review.

What about client data and pricing?

Upload only what the task needs and follow your company's policy on sharing client data. When it works on your computer, secrets such as passwords are hidden from the agent, and a log of what it did stays in front of you.
